A weekend for the body, heart & soul. The weekend will start with a cacao ceremony happening on Friday night. Yoga, meditations and sound journeys will be available throughout the weekend; and on Saturday night we dive deep with a powerful Temazcal (sweat lodge) that will enhance your connection with your roots.
Nourishing food is included, as well as camping/marae-style accommodation amongst beautiful nature with the ocean surrounding us, and loving people to warm our hearts.

About the Temazcal (sweat lodge):

A temazcal is a dome with a circle dug in the middle to hold red hot rocks. Water is poured over the hot stones to create intense steam, and then you sweat ass off while doing a guided non-denominal spiritual ceremony.
The Temazcal is used not to nourish ourselves, instead we use it to confront our deepest person, our root. When we face and confront our fears, the inner smoke dissipates and we can clearly embrace our feelings, feel the core, the essential energy that keeps us alive.
Inside the temazcal we get to realise who we really are. We become equal to everyone and part of a group, unity; at this moment is when we realise that we are unique, different, and essential for the collective conscience.
